Coordinator: Liceul Tehnologic Eremia Grigorescu
The aim of this project is to produce an educational model (in part e-learning and in part face to face) in each of the participating schools which will be based on the experience and expertise of eachpartner and will provide an appropriate set of teaching and learning strategies that will lead to the development of entrepreneurial and digital skills as well as foreign language skills.
This model will include new and innovating learning to learn strategies based on ICT technologies and individual learning that will be included in each school`s curriculum. All the strategies will be based on the partners` needs and experience and will be customized to include students with social, economic difficulties or with learning disabilities. We are convinced that in order to give our students every opportunity to complete their education, to prevent early school leaving and to combat failure in education and thus increase their chances of success in their future careers, we must prepare our students to become successful individual learners.
Through all the activities of this partnership we will focus on the learning process, raising students` motivation for learning and creating innovating and successful learning to learn strategies to be implemented in all partner schools and to be used while studying different subjects: ICT, Foreign languages, History, Geography, Science, Art, Social-Science, Practical training for different specialties/jobs. Students will have worked together to create materials which will be used in all partner schools and will be uploaded on the project`s website and on e-Twinning. They will have created a multi-lingual dictionary, brochures, leaflets, webpages, articles, essays, CD packs (multilingual presentation), short films etc All these activities will provide opportunities for students, teachers and communities to learn more about the partners`culture and they will encourage dialog and effective communication through the use of different communication systems and face to face. Everything is designed to be inclusive, aiming to involve all students staff and members of the local communities. Special attention is given to students in difficulty. The entire project is designed to encourage the development of cooperation for all the participants and the sharing of good practice in both teaching and learning.
